Would have been better to call. Not a fault of the app software per se but the service overall doesn’t add value. ### 1/5 — Dumb *2018-10-19, version 1.9.103* This is stupid now I have to use an app just to get something out of a vending machine *Nope haven’t used it. It does not save my profile information, nor my card information. Not convenient when the only way I can get a drink is stand in front of the machine and hand type in my card information EVERY-TIME. As if that wasn’t enough... it doesn’t accept my card 9 times out of 10. I used to be able to come to these machines, swipe my card, get my drink and then leave... now I have to type in my card wait for it to try and run it a couple times... fail... try again and again. Finally I just dig change out of my purse if I have any or just don’t get a drink. I have tried to troubleshoot the app... by uninstalling and reinstalling. Resaving my profile and card information. Nothing works... there is no support number to call. So happy I can’t enjoy snack machine refreshments with cash any more... ### 2/5 — Doesn’t work well for kabob palace *2019-08-14, version 2.0.75* We got there and they said they never got the order but they did get our $- like how? Tried it for the first time and almost considered not making the purchase because of the time it took to set up, install, and make a profile for. The app looks pixelated and like a beta. The purpose of the company sill confuses me. All i see is the removal of the cash slot which turned a 30 second transaction into a 3 minute ordeal.
