## What is Viva Active?

The official app for Viva Active members.

Everything between your sessions, in one place:

- Your week — see your next PT session, book group classes, and follow the training plan your coach built with you in your strategy session.
- Train — log sets and weights with last session's numbers pre-filled, or build a targeted session for the day.
- Nutrition — track calories and macros against your targets, scan barcodes, log a meal from a photo, and plan meals.
- Daily goals — steps (synced from Apple Health), macros and your own habits, with a clear view of how you're tracking.
- Your companion — a training buddy that levels up when you show up and gets restless when you don't.
- Community — studio notices, leaderboards, and Gather: host or join walks, runs and sessions with other members.
- Messages — chat directly with your trainer.

For Viva Active members. Your account is set up by the studio at your first session.
