I wasn’t able to check in due to there own website not working, went to the airport for help and I arrived and they told me sorry we overbooked and gave your seat away. Multiple time i have experienced that i buy the luggages and when i arrive at the airport, it’s not in the system, like if i never bought it. I highly recommend to every single person to never choose viva before thinking of downloading this app. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2022-05-24, version 2.1* Cannot check in for the flight This app is terrible. ### 1/5 — Tengan cuidado *2022-04-16, version 2.1* Hoy en el aeropuerto de Armenia, un grupo de amigos (4 extranjeros) y yo Colombiana, salíamos hacia Medellín y llegamos 1.50 minutos antes del vuelo (El aeropuerto solo tiene dos Aerolíneas y dos puertas de embarque por tanto es muy fácil un vuelo allí; no es para nada demorado. Cuando llegamos el chico nos dice, hace 10 minutos se cerró el tiempo para el check in (Se debe hacer mínimo con dos horas de anticipación y lo estábamos haciendo con 1 hora y 50 minutos de anticipación) así que deben pagar $60.000 adicionales por cada uno para yo hacerlo aquí; es el fee que cobra la aerolínea (cabe aclarar que el aeropuerto estaba solo y ni fila fue necesario hacer) Lo que no sabía yo es que mis amigos no habían hecho el check in en la app porque no les dejaba (les generaba error) y pues ellos no hablan español y como yo estaba enferma no quisieron molestarme con eso; pensaron que sin problema lo solucionaban en el aeropuerto! Y sorpresa tuvieron que pagar $300.000 pesos Colombianos por este chiste de ignorancia. La aerolínea no hizo una excepción por 10 minutos, ni por el hecho de ser extranjeros, ni por el hecho de estar enfermos. Siento que les falta mucho tacto con los extranjeros, a mi me ha pasado en otros países que por no hablar el idioma y no entender bien las aerolíneas, le han dado manejo a ciertas circunstancias y me han solucionado. Sentí que esta aerolínea no tiene ningún tacto con las personas, lo que les importa es que paguen y listo, no mueven un solo dedo por sus pasajeros, no tienen ningún tipo de consideración. No la recomiendo en lo absoluto! Siento que cualquier negocio es hecho pensado en sus clientes, no en cómo sacarles el dinero sino en darles soluciones cuando las cosas no funcionan como deben y ser compresivos en algunas ocasiones que es requerido.
