Ordered at 5:48pm said ready for pickup at 6:03. He goes in to get and doesn’t see it so goes sit in curbside to wait for it after text saying almost ready. Called store and sat on hold. Finally someone answers and says bring it right out. No one comes out after almost 30 mins of waiting. Go back in to ask about order. No one even was checking on it but apparently someone else swiped it and now it has to be remade!!!! I’ve learned the names of the staff and every one of them has been friendly and helpful.
