It was easy to complete the application that was in the Viva First App. I was approved quickly and my Viva First Debit Card arrived about 7 days laterz. I then set up my payroll auto deposit and could start using my Viva First card right after my next payroll deposit! So very limited. You’re better off with other services like tmobile money is wat i use. I’m not being biased I’m just saying I’ve used other banking services and trust me I give them two stars because of the debit card management features. No chat features or 24hr customer either so honestly basing your whole banking product on catering to the latino community is a bad justification we deserve so much better than this. ### 5/5 — It’s all about First impressions *2021-07-09, version 1.0.2* I signed up easily with this app and when my card came in the mail I had no idea it was my card. Usually my previous debit cards have come in typical letter size white envelopes unmarked of course. This card from Viva First came in a high quality envelope that welcomed me to the family. The quality of the envelope and card holding my new debit card felt heavy and high quality. To me and I think most people it’s always about first impressions and I have to say two thumbs up on welcoming me to the family. The app itself is easy to navigate and I’ve had zero issues.
