No reason and was working two days ago until the update. Advice is “exception contact us”, tried to contact and got “exception contact us”. As this is somewhere in China I doubt I will ever get this fixed. Integration seems to be one way with the device meaning you have to set the device date and time before connecting. The app cannot connect to Apple Health. I cannot find a way to delete erroneous reading once uploaded to the app. A delete button in edit would have been great. The charts does not format correctly on an iPhone 13 Max Pro with the most recent results hidden on the chart until you force scroll to the right. ### 1/5 — New user *2022-11-26, version 3.1.8* Just bought this device as it was reasonably priced and I needed it quick. When you are checking your blood you need it to be simple and quick! This is so complicated, you have to get the day and time on the unit before you first start! And that’s not easy. I can’t get it to connect to the blue tooth, so I’ll just use it without the app ! You need to insert everything manually. It shows the last reading and is not letting you overwrite info such as before or after a meal, it saves whatever it wants based on whatever God knows what info. It needs a lot of improving at this stage. I don’t know if the developers are interested or they just go with the flow. The other tests you can add such as urine or lactate apparently there are no testing systems for them so again you need to add them manually from other apps. A fantastic way to track blood sugar WHEN IT WORKS. ### 2/5 — VivaGuard Eco Plus *2023-07-12, version 3.4.3* So many issues with this app. If you miss imputing a read you can’t put them in retrospectively, they go after your last imputed reading. It’s supposed to auto-connect to my phone. Did initially but after about 4 readings wouldn’t. I got a message saying contact the company. Didn’t say how so I just put them in manually now. Charts only show line graphs for 24 hours. If you go into history it’s all just tiny dots that don’t give accurate readable details and you can only go back a week. If this was a subscription app I’d have cancelled but as it’s a one-off payment (too expensive for the glitches that’s in it) I’m still using it, but also recording in a hard copy for my physician. 🤷🏼‍♀️ so actually didn’t need to pay the extra for the wireless monitor.🙇‍♀️ I have an I-phone 13. On a positive side there is a record that gives you your weekly average which is useful. Also you have to buy the lancets and test strips together. I dropped my test strips and had to buy a complete set to replace them, now I’m stuck with extra lancets. 😡 JUST AN UPDATE! Yet another “device exception” stopping me adding readings.
