Use the Staff and SOPs toggle to switch between staff with outstanding training and SOPs that still need to be completed. SOPs with the most outstanding training appear first, making it easier to identify gaps. Individual Training Records Tap any staff member to view their complete training record, with outstanding SOPs shown before completed ones. Each item includes its status, due date, completion date, score, and supervisor sign-off information. Completed items include a View Certificate button, while training that is no longer assigned remains available under Additional Completions. Export the Site Visit Packet The Site Visit Packet can now be exported as a single PDF designed for site visits and compliance review. It includes a cover page, program summary, SOP index, training matrix showing every staff member and SOP, and a complete list of outstanding training with due dates. Before generating the packet, you can filter by building or SOP category and choose whether to include training certificates. Outstanding Training Now Appears First Staff profiles now show Quizzes Due before Quizzes Completed, making training that needs attention immediately visible. A count appears beside Quizzes Due, items are organized by the soonest due date, and overdue training is highlighted in red. The same organization is shown to administrators and staff viewing their own training. Sharper Certificates, Smaller Files Training certificates are now generated as vector PDFs, keeping them sharp when viewed or printed while significantly reducing file size. ### 3.0 — 2026-08-23 Smarter Setup Nudges Email Notification settings now flag incomplete setups as you go — a heads-up appears if certificate CC recipients aren't set, if SOP review reminders are on with no review schedules configured, or if the Scheduled SOP Compliance Report is enabled with no recipients added. SOP Compliance Report — Review Status in Email The scheduled compliance report email now includes an SOP Review Schedule Status summary with a short explanation of what each count means (Overdue, Due in 30 Days, Up to Date, Not Configured). The list of SOPs without a review schedule is formatted for reliable display in desktop and mobile email clients. Export Quiz Questions — Send Confirmation When you email quiz questions to yourself from Settings, the app now shows an on-screen confirmation with the recipient address so you know the export was queued successfully. Quiz Assignment Reminders Due date reminder emails use updated wording and formatting. Settings explain that assignment emails are sent from Edit Assignments using Notify, after staff are selected.
