In English, the definite article doesn't matter that much because "the"is the only definite article used in the language. French, however, has masculine and feminine; so if you're going to introduce a word, you need to introduce it with its article. ### 4/5 — Fix background music please! *2015-12-12, version 2.1.5* Background music is too loud and never stop!! It's really just one screen (with three sketches of the main character - neutral, upset, celebratory), and you select one out of two word choices over and over and over and over. That's it! Decent set up of repetition in selecting the answers but I cant listen to the music any longer. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — My favorite!! *2024-12-23, version 4.0.1* I never write reviews for apps but this is such a genuinely useful & honest language learning app. Im using it to learn Polish vocabulary, and I just bought the locked content because it’s so worth it. You can learn a ton of basic words for free and decide if you want more specific vocabulary that’s locked. I think the free vocab is worth it if you’re trying out a new language for sure. I decided to buy the rest of the content (one purchase for every locked section) and they’ll let you choose how much you want to pay for it between $0.99 and whatever else. You can pay whatever and it will still unlock everything for you, when so many other apps would make you pay money for every individual section you want to unlock.
