The app is mediocre. I feel like they’re ignoring basic UI & UX elements that are standard for 2022. But also, it doesn’t matter cause Vive LA is truly one of the worst leading management companies I’ve ever had the displeasure of continually being disappointed by. If you’ve made it this far, I’m sorry.

Need a desktop version, typing a maintenance request on the phone is time consuming and a waste of time.

It’s nice to have an app. But the prices for rents are often incorrect. Surprise letters on doors are common. When making a maintenance request if a tenant wants to change our edit the request there is no way to open the request and change it.
