It says that it’s suppose to calculate your body fat but the app doesn’t have any of that…. You basically have to put all that information in yourself! Totally rip off. Return the scale and buy something better! Im warning you. Should have just bought a regular scale that tells you my weight. Does nothing they promise!!

This app has been a huge benefit for my everyday needs. I love the steps tracking as I have been very focused on my health lately. It’s extremely easy to use and pleasing to the eye. This app's been a lifesaver for my shoulder rehab. The videos are free, effective and those health blogs are quite eye-opening. It's so easy to use, and the tracking for steps and calories is a nice extra. If you're dealing with injuries or just need some good exercise videos, I'd totally recommend it. Left me very impressed!
