For some reason, the changes I make to the app list putting the thermometer at the top will not save for me. Also, the history of the thermometer is showing in Celsius while I use the Fahrenheit system my thermometer shows degrees Fahrenheit, but the history and saving shows degrees Celsius. It also seems to take a very long time to connect the device to the app on my phone. I’m using it to take the temperature of my horse, and I am unable to override the height and weight because it thinks I’m taking the temperature of a person. I really hope there is an upgrade to the app soon. ### 1/5 — Body fat scale *2025-01-27* The scale and app do not work. It supposedly is suppose to measure body fat and blood pressure and I can’t even get an accurate weight. It’s a waste of money. ### 1/5 — Health integration BLOWS *2025-01-21* Attempting to connect to the Health app crashes the app to black screen with no escape but force quit the app and restart. Also, the Home Screen will not stay the way you set it, always reverts back to everything. Will likely return thermometer for these reasons. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2024-10-10* Barely works, clunky and frustrating. ### 3/5 — Very hard to get blue tooth to work *2024-06-02* Having a hard time getting the blue tooth to work with my phone. As for the blood pressure test it is on the money I have taken the blood pressure device to my doctor office and compare them they say it is very accurate **Developer response:** Thank you for sharing your Bluetooth difficulty with us. I downloaded the app and everything is fine. So I was impressed how it works (BP machine) and bought the compact version and repeated the same process but the app is very glitchy and cannot sustain any setting. Does not sync with Apple health so I have to manually input my BP reading. Vive Home Screen fails to sustain my setting of ONLY BP & Apple health and keeps reverting back to all the other categories. Uninstalled & reinstalled and now the APPLE HEALTH is failing to stay set in the VIVE HOME SCREEN!! I really can throw this device in the garbage and delete the app. I can go back to my OMROM BP MACHINE at least I know what I’m getting. This is basic functionality for a digital scale nowadays. I would avoid buying the scale until they add this basic feature. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. It’s the only reason why I bought it so the scale collects dust because the app won’t connect.
