### 2/5 — Very low Nurse pay

*2026-08-22, version 2.1.47*

I don’t even understand how you all fix yourselves to even post a shift for $20 for LPN!! Then have the nerve to say it’s a
13 week contract. How could anybody afford to live off of that yet alone travel to a whole other state and live!! I was making $25 as an STNA! So this is what it comes to you offering below 25 to a Nurse??? What a slap in the face to nurses!! Period point blank!!! Then on top of it. This is a travel Agency I’m so disappointed upset and angry that you all would even offered that! You all shouldn’t be offering anything under $35 an hour or $1800 a week for LPN!

### 2/5 — Not great

*2026-06-29, version 2.1.44*

Filters dont work very good, for city and state for example. Also the filter for pay doesn’t slide over. Application process, onboarding seems excessive, before even knowing if you have a contract.

### 3/5 — Travel nurse hub

*2026-06-24, version 2.1.43*

Love all the options they have and being able to use filters to give exactly what I want.

### 4/5 — Details

*2026-06-05, version 2.1.42*

Maybe I’m new at this, and maybe it’s on this site. But I would like to be able to filter preferences a little more into detail. I am just diagnostic radiologic technologist, no CAT scan, MRI or ultrasound. I would also like to know if these positions are weekdays or weekends and I understand it’s up to the employer.. and for some reason, the travel preference has me applying for days and evenings. I’ve tried to check and uncheck evenings, but unable to. Just little things you guys are very helpful.

### 3/5 — The system ignores filtering

*2026-05-24, version 2.1.41*

I have found a couple of jobs through Vivian, so yes, it is a legitimate job board, but the problem is the same job is posted multiple times with different recruiters for different pay packages, sometimes with the same agency, sometimes with different agencies. The other problem is when I put in my filters, the name of city and state where I’m looking, instead of showing nearby cities, it will show cities in other states with similar names. Then it will tell me that I’ve applied when I’ve only requested info. Then when it says apply to similar jobs, it will apply me to other jobs on different units that are different from my specialty, but with similarities that shouldn’t matter like a similar sounding city name in a different state. It seems obvious to me that this app is automated by either AI or Something, not human.

### 1/5 — Harassment

*2026-03-17, version 2.1.36*

You will get text messages and phone calls from recruiters non stop with no way of stopping it. Doesn't matter how many times you opt out. I inquired about a job 1 year ago and I'm still getting phone calls and text messages daily.

### 1/5 — Dispicable

*2026-03-12, version 2.1.36*

Signed up to see what it was like, gave a fake phone number and never applied to anything. A recruiter stalked me and called my current workplace.

### 3/5 — Mixed bag…

*2026-03-08, version 2.1.35*

I haven’t had any luck with getting an assignment through Vivian. Even though most of the recruiters are friendly, I’ve found that they are not good with follow-up. I think this is very unprofessional.

### 1/5 — Use AMN healthcare way better

*2026-02-26, version 2.1.35*

The recruiters I came across like Mellissa Mello and a few others bare know what the clinical field consist of they I got jobs from AMN that Vivian refused to let me apply for due to the ignorance of the recruiter please hire new people

### 1/5 — Inaccurate listings don’t list your real phone number

*2026-02-14, version 2.1.34*

I have attempted to use this app over 2 years. There is essentially no support and the listings are inaccurate. Today while texting an agency and being asked weird and repetitive questions a real person steps and and tells me I was talking to AI. More of time wasted along with all the phone calls, texts and emails you will be bombarded with it you sign up. Specialty jobs are listed as diagnostic jobs. There is no fixing them and there are many. Most companies get their job posting from the same source. Save your time.
Update: 2/2026
I am a radiologic technologist, and the app still will not filter out nursing and OR position positions for scrubs. I suggest anyone using this app not use your phone number or you will be inundated with calls. This week alone I received two text messages within 30 seconds of each other from the same company but different recruiters.

### 1/5 — So spammy

*2026-08-21, version 2.1.47*

If you want fraudulent job listings, and a never-ending stream of text messages no matter how many times you hit unsubscribe then this is the app for you. In principal, it’s a great product allowing you to compare contracts from different vendors. In practice, multiple recruiters will ping you incessantly with job locations and offers you never expressed any interest in.

### 1/5 — Endless AI calls and texts

*2026-08-18, version 2.1.47*

So I was looking for a contract this past summer but couldn’t find one that was willing to accommodate my short hour schedule so I stopped looking. Bigger issue is that I get calls and text from AI bots asking me if I am looking for contracts every 2 days for months. And I cannot pause my account or delete phone number. I plan to look again in a few months so I don’t want to delete whole account after getting verified which isn’t easy.

### 1/5 — I’ve never gotten 1 job from this platform. I’ve never even gotten an interview

*2026-07-15, version 2.1.44*

You aren’t gonna get a job from this platform

### 1/5 — Not successful in finding employment.

*2026-07-08, version 2.1.44*

I have not been able to find employment however I am consistently having numerous recruiters reaching out to me but they are unable to find me employment.

### 1/5 — It’s a scam

*2026-06-26, version 2.1.43*

It’s a scam. Fake jobs and fake recruiters

### 1/5 — Dialysis Technician

*2026-06-22, version 2.1.43*

The platform layout makes it easy to submit a profile, but the actual application pipeline lacks human oversight. I never received any status updates, follow-ups, or formal notifications regarding my submissions. While the Vivian AI Assistant has its technical benefits, the platform relies too heavily on automated workflows. This over-reliance completely detaches recruiters from candidates, creating a frustrating ghosting experience for healthcare professionals seeking jobs. As a healthcare professional, communication is critical. Vivian has a solid concept with its universal profile, but the platform's heavy reliance on automated matching and AI screening leaves candidates completely in the dark. Leaving an application open with zero notifications or closure is unprofessional. The platform needs to better balance its technology with actual recruiter accountability.

### 1/5 — Unreliable

*2026-03-30, version 2.1.37*

I have had it for 4yrs and can say it’s completely waste of time using the app, vivian doesn’t have easy system to file a complain about the recruiter who are completely unprofessional and have no morals.

### 1/5 — Making corrections

*2026-03-28, version 2.1.36*

I don’t understand why, when I put in a job in the wrong order, I can not just copy and paste it to another position? I’ve had to rewrite it 2 x which is very labor intensive. Any suggestions?

### 1/5 — Don’t sign up

*2026-03-24, version 2.1.36*

They sell your info, and if you sign up with a phone number, prepare for dozens of calls per week from recruiters.

### 1/5 — Dispicable

*2026-03-18, version 2.1.36*

Signed up to see what it was like, gave a fake phone number and never applied to anything. A recruiter stalked me and called my current workplace. They said they got my info from Vivian so the developer reply is not accurate.

### 5/5 — Could use improvement

*2026-08-09, version 2.1.46*

So, I recently rejoined the world of going back out into the world of travel nursing. I quickly discovered the Vivian app where I found a great recruiter (Scott with Malone Healthcare).
My issue with the app is if you’re searching for jobs, the filters don’t work the best. I can put in that I am looking for an OR circulator position for instance; I hit search and I get jobs in every field except as an OR circulator. With as advanced as technology is; there’s no reason that it can’t be more accurate and say “no jobs available in selected area”

### 5/5 — Great search engine

*2026-07-09, version 2.1.44*

Find it to be a great place to start when looking for RN travel positions for places and rough rates. Some companies post bogus rates so need to watch that! Once you find a city posting a need, easy to go to the company
website to see if legit or shoot them a message on Vivian. Not too fond of the AI assistant. It’s rather annoying, actually.

### 5/5 — Multiple contracts great pay

*2026-06-01, version 2.1.42*

ICU 10+ years. I’ve been traveling since COVID. I almost exclusively take all my contracts through Vivian. The process is streamlined, the opportunities are endless, and you know you are not getting shafted with contract prices. 10/10.

### 5/5 — RN

*2026-06-01, version 2.1.42*

Helpful job updates

### 5/5 — I love Vivian

*2026-05-18, version 2.1.40*

I really like the Vivian app. Finding jobs is so much easier than a recruiter calling me all day everyday and the fact that I received rewards for booking my job through Vivian.

### 5/5 — Lpn

*2026-05-13, version 2.1.40*

Very thorough. Follows up. Friendly and helpful.

### 5/5 — June

*2026-04-20, version 2.1.39*

She has been great at responding back to me she is the best she needs a raise

### 5/5 — Dental Assistant

*2026-02-19, version 2.1.34*

I like Vivian it seems to be a great start for traveling some in your career. I feel that I have out grown people and things within my career. Working for people who don’t understand my values.

### 5/5 — RN

*2026-02-03, version 2.1.33*

Very helpful in giving different choices of assignment from different Agencies.
