Also a bit laggy. As far as lines (nothing to do with software) they have far too many lines that can push compared to other apps ### 2/5 — Worst customer service *2025-03-19, version 2.0.34* Customer service name Patricia is like talking to a chat bot they never helpful I’ve been waiting over 24hr just to be told to keep waiting this honestly the worst customer service out of all the betting apps I’m on which is 3 nd the other give in detail of what’s going and what need to be done ### 4/5 — On the rise *2025-03-15, version 2.0.33* Vivid picks is an all right app I’ve never had an issue with withdrawals but the app is always freezing constantly and the layout of the app is really outdated other than that vivid picks is cool to use but not my preferred DFS app to use. ### 2/5 — Not The Best Option *2025-03-14* This app functions well and the interface is very user friendly. With that said, half of the props are locked out almost immediately which greatly limits your options when building a parlay. In addition, many sports are advertised as available to bet, but no props ever show up. If you plan to only use NBA, CBB, CS2 - you’ll be fine. Just don’t plan on betting on much more than that. Full transparency as well, the promotional funds decrease your multiplier payout (I knew this before). Cash 2-pick = 3x. Promo fund 2-pick = 2x. I just bring this up because there are other apps that don’t decrease your multiplier on promos (i.e. Underdog, Prize Picks, etc.) Put your money elsewhere! **Developer response:** Hey CDBETS, thank you for sharing your thoughts about your experience with us! Have great promos when it comes to players. Cons: *Cheap when it comes to deposit match. Doing the process backwards. When someone deposit, immediately they suppose to get their bonus funds. Not after they use their money up. *I literally signed up 2 people, and received my vivid bucks try enough, but I didn’t want to you my $25 I deposited prior. So when I decided to withdraw my funds back to my account, you guys reversed the payment. Was confused about that one. But you have a lot of competition, so you guys have to do better. * Limited to watching your stats. No one shouldn’t be looking up stats during live games if we’re prop betting. I’ve had this app since 2020 but I rarely used it if at all my first swing, got it. It was a little rocky, basically a misunderstanding, but I’ve since started using it a lot more actually one of my main online betting apps and I gotta say they’re really worth the money they give you the best lines they don’t bump lines often and when they do most of the time they’re the last app to bump the lines they give you a fair shake and get in the line while it’s early they put the lines up early way before a lot of other apps do and they have some of the best payouts if you’re into online, Wayne like I am, you should really give Vivid Picks a try. They’re 100% authentic and their customer service is very helpful if you ever have any problems. I definitely consider Vivid Picks top three are all the other online wager apps.
