I’m doing the Rice Diet and it’s a healthy way of losing weight. This diet definitely does really work.  It’s easy to follow and along with the rice you’re able to eat healthy vegetables and fruits! Try it you will be happy with your results!

I signed up for 1 week at 6.99and they took my money. Then you fill out more questions that were answered at the beginning. Then they want you to send more money. Scam to get you in then they want more money. If I could have afforded a year I would have done that to start with. Thanks for taking my money

I just got to know about rice diet and decided to purchase this app for one month. It works perfectly and so easy to use. It’s extremely user friendly and tells you how to do it in such a simple and short way. Highly recommend it , by the way I have been losing one pound a day too!

I have never been a big fan of “diets”, but as I am aging it is hard to lose the weight that used to be easy to maintain.  This also went against everything I ever thought and did which was “low carb”.  The food is good, and I literally lost a pound the first 24 hours.  I wasn’t hungry, as a matter of fact, I didn’t even get my snack in because I was stuffed.  I am a true believer now!
