The very first AI generation from a template was AMAZING! But the next few attempts to use different templates produced errors. On about my fifth attempt, I got a message saying AI servers were expensive and I reached my limit for the day, to try again tomorrow. I don’t want to struggle with the app, I want it to be as marvelous as the first conversion. Removing. I appreciate the awesome response from the developers. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the exact error messages that were produced or templates used, but I will reinstall the app and if I still have access to the premium version, I’ll give it a go and update my review. Thank you! I wasn’t able to restore the premium version of the app, but due to the developers effort to get things right I will update my rating to 4 stars. Especially if you entered the text wrong for the prompt. That’s ridiculous. Anyone who wants to make any AI Gen videos for FREE, use the Grok iOS app. It’s 100% free and you get upwards of 50 creations per day. And can enter in a prompt too. Got a message when I wanted to make a third one that told me I used up all my videos for today. What a rip off. The reason I say tries. Because if one doesn’t work, that counts and then you only have one try left to get it right. Had one say it completed but it literally did nothing. Also used to be able to make 5 a day. It’s been lowered down to only 2. The lifetime folks should get the top tier. They created a new tier then downgraded us lifetime members to the bottom tier and only 2 tries a day. That is very shady and should be a warning to any one thinking about paying for this app. If they reach out and make it right, I will update my review. Two lousy videos a day? You call that premium? I’m droppin’ serious coin and still feel like I’m on a trial version with training wheels. That ain’t value, that’s daylight robbery in HD. And don’t even get me started on the 10-second limit. Try to stretch a clip, and boom—“Too long.” Really? For fifteen bucks a week I should be editing mini-movies, not fightin’ your app like it owes me money. Now it’s just 1 a day for VIP (they used to be 5 at the very beginning) and 2 for SVIP (they used to be 10). It seems like a deception, because a user does not get anymore what he initially paid for. I wonder what is next? 1 second a day? The app works now. The "repurchase your subscription" bug is completely gone, and it can be a lot of fun. There's a panel where you can enter your own prompts, so you're not stuck with the pre-made prompts. Old review: I tried six videos (I get three uses a day with the lifetime plan) using the presets, and only one was satisfactory. Four of them created Santa hats where only one was the Santa hat preset. The hug resulted in completely different people than the photos I chose. Furthermore, they didn’t hug; instead, one person grabbed the hoodie string of the other and twirled it. As for the hug, one person de-aged by about 50 years, with a new haircut and different features, while the other changed race and lost several inches in height. The only ones that worked well were the Santa hats for the ones where Santa hat was NOT a preset and the smile. The Santa preset created some weird extra dog head of a different breed wearing a hat, which blocked my dog. So yeah it gave me a lifetime subscription that expires every time the app closes, restore that does nothing and presets that are more misses than hits. I don't think this app is worth the headaches yet. Maybe after an update or two.
