Access to the app is limited to patients who are assigned to a program and invited by their healthcare provider. Patients use the Vivify Health mobile app to follow personalized care pathways, share biometric data, and access tailored educational resources and can conduct video visits with their care team. In addition, patients using +Go Mobile App can send and receive secure in-app text messages. Providers enroll patients either at the healthcare facility or by shipping Bluetooth-enabled remote monitoring devices directly to the patient’s home. Supported devices include blood pressure monitors, pulse oximeters, weight scales, glucose meters, pedometers, and thermometers, with additional devices available as needed. The app connects to the compatible Bluetooth-enabled medical devices for automatic biometric data collection. Logs you out of session after videos ( text and data rates are included so if you’re on a balanced data plan yes not everyone has unlimited data ) 2. New bugs are popping up after last update 3.
