### 2/5 — Getting worse

*2023-02-15, version 2022.06.02*

Still get kicked out of active sessions after watching videos, now you want me to leave a review after I did. now my phone and my watch are alerting me to do my session but is now stuck in a loop where my session is complete but is sending me alerts to do a review of the app so

Here’s the deal.

1. Logs you out of session after videos ( text and data rates are included so if you’re on a balanced data plan yes not everyone has unlimited data )

2. New bugs are popping up after last update

3. Repetitive content, but might be worth it to the right person, I did ok with it but now it’s more annoying than anything.

### 2/5 — Keeps telling me to update

*2021-06-28, version 2021.05*

Each day I’m to enter Vitals been unable to get to screen. Find it very upsetting

### 1/5 — Vividly Health

*2021-05-21, version 2021.04.05*

Very often the app only buffers, and will not connect. Other times it doesn’t even buffer, just has a header, and a blank bottom screen.
I am tired of rebooting my phone, and deleting, and reinstalling the app. This is not worth my time.

### 1/5 — Spinning

*2021-03-26, version 2020.06.00*

How do you stop the ‘spinning’ symbol? I am trying to enter my daily updates.

### 2/5 — App is Great When it Works

*2021-02-02, version 2020.06.00*

Very intuitive when it works. The only problem is that sometimes and recently almost every day I am unable to send my vitals because the prompt is not there. I have deleted the app at least ten times but to no avail.

### 1/5 — Crap of an app

*2021-01-27, version 2020.06.00*

This app has so many problems I don’t know where to start. I have had to turn my phone off and on, delete the app and reload soooo many times that I can officially label this app as crap! Now it won’t even load T all. I’m done with vividly!

### 3/5 — Not really what I expected.

*2021-01-25, version 2020.06.00*

Very simple app to follow. The only issue I have had is connectivity. I have to delete then reinstall every time I use it. Gets monotonous.

### 1/5 — App won’t load daily

*2020-12-13, version 2020.06.00*

Almost every day I have to delete the app and reload, because when I go for my daily check in it just gives me a twirling figure. Ver frustrating. I shouldn’t have to go through this.

### 2/5 — Keep freezing

*2020-12-06, version 2020.06.00*

Would give it a 5 but every time I pull the app up it freezes, so I to restart my phone and I still have to wait for the app to stop going in circles.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2020-12-05, version 2020.06.00*

The little circle just spins around so I can’t use it.

### 1/5 — Too limited

*2020-11-25, version 2020.06.00*

I had to sign up for this app for my work. Being sick with COVID, I have to check in twice a day selecting my symptoms. There are only two pages of symptoms to go through. With this limited list I can only pretend and mark one that is somewhat close, like “cough” when i try to clear the pressure on my chest. That is not really a cough, but it’s the only thing I can mark. How about “headaches”, “Sinus Pressure”, “Sneezing”, “lost of taste”, “lost of smell”....actual COVID-19 symptoms?!
At least have a write in option!
This is a waste of time and filling it out makes me only sound like I am doing fine, when in fact the sickness is progressing without proper monitoring. That’s actually more harmful then good!

### 1/5 — Vivify ap

*2020-11-21, version 2020.06.00*

Am having problems connecting, this not the first, it seems like it happens way to often. I have turned my phone off, reloaded the ap and still have problems. I think it is the ap as I DO NOT have problems with other apps.
You can give my vitals to my nurse: blood pressure 134/74, weight 357, pulse 74. Please work on the ap or maybe it is me??????

### 1/5 — Nobody responds in the chat!

*2020-09-18, version 2020.06.00*

Makes the app useless.

### 1/5 — Vivify Health

*2020-09-16, version 2020.06.00*

Received a bill from my doctors office for this service. It will be contested. I thought I was helping the greater good by documenting my daily symptoms regarding covid on this ap. I was never informed that I would be charged for this service.

### 1/5 — Is not working

*2020-08-20, version 2020.06.00*

I was using this with my united healthcare nurse and it stopped working. It won’t open. Tried to delete it and open a new app and it won’t let me open a new one.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Also only using bc work asked me to

*2026-03-23, version 2100.6.01*

Provides inferior education to what I can find myself online and is mostly and inconvenience

### 1/5 — Logging in

*2026-01-27, version 2100.6.01*

I just downloaded this app and as soon as you log in, it asks for a phone number to get a pin. But as soon as you enter the pin, the app automatically goes back to the screen and asks for a number again.

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2025-11-11, version 2100.6.00*

Need to log in all the time just need an over haul of an update

### 1/5 — No access

*2025-10-15, version 2100.6.00*

Error message pops up for both my phone number and email address, stating the following…”We were not able to find the patient or member record with the information you provided.”

### 1/5 — Unable to deactivate the account

*2025-02-21, version 2100.03.00*

I don’t know but this is a most difficult app to deactivate the account and I keep getting a text message to check in. I already delete the app. Please help!!!!

### 1/5 — Stuck at Welcome to the CARE Program

*2024-10-09, version 2100.02.01*

I get the Welcome to the CARE program page, click on the PARTICIPATE button at the bottom, and then am stuck on a blank page. I tried to force quit the app and restart but it keeps having the same problem.

### 1/5 — Giving them data

*2023-09-13, version 2100.01.01*

This app has some ‘health advice’ that is very basic, not always correct, and largely focused on eating less (which is alarming for anyone, but especially for someone who is expecting and has an already low BMI). My health insurer offers this as a benefit but it feels like it’s essentially a way for them to gather my data…

### 1/5 — App does not work

*2023-02-03, version 2022.06.02*

Sends me alerts to do questionnaire but will not work when I try to submit my answers. Useless app as it is now.

### 1/5 — App is frozen, no help avenues

*2023-01-31, version 2022.06.02*

My app is frozen and I can’t seem to get help from your website. It keeps telling me four oh four. It’s very frustrating when all I wanted to do was complete my checkin!

### 1/5 — Change of email address.

*2021-12-11, version 2021.10.0*

I have constantly tried you rest my PIN number, but your app keeps refusing to allow me to rest set my pin because I keep getting this message that you’ve texted me a new rest message witch your app does not give me the option to tell you that I don’t have the same Email address,so you sirously need to improve you App to in for your app to stop telling me you’ve texted me a new PIN number to an Email I no longer use!!!!!!😡😡😡My new Email address is…. djbean1261@ iCloud.com, so now please enter this Email correctly so I can set up Vivify app correctly!!!!!!!!!!!!!

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Wonderful app!

*2021-08-16, version 2021.07*

I love using this app. I’m very comfortable with the menu options and I never miss any of my pathways. Very user friendly and super easy to navigate.

### 5/5 — Love the Vivify App!

*2021-08-12, version 2021.07*

The Vivify app is so easy to use whether it is +Home (using the tablet) or +Go (using your own device such as a mobile phone). I like the automated biometric readings as well as being able to schedule video calls/visits now or in the future!

### 5/5 — Easy to use and great functionality!!

*2021-08-12, version 2021.07*

I am a avid app user and when I was asked by my nurse to use this app so they could keep me safe I was blown away on how easy and helpful this app is! I love the messaging and the recourse library! I highly recommend this app!

### 5/5 — Great Product

*2021-08-11, version 2021.07*

The app itself is extremely helpful. The content is engaging, the setup is simple and self explanatory and overall produces exceptional remote patient care.

### 5/5 — App worked great for tracking Covid

*2021-06-29, version 2021.05*

Used it to track temperature for my job, no issues, and user friendly.

### 5/5 — Good Idea

*2020-07-03, version 2020.06.00*

I think this is a great idea and if my temperature is abnormal, I receive a chat message from Vivify. (Ie-don’t take oral temp right after eating cold watermelon) 😉 It would be nice to have the ability to access my recorded daily temperatures like in a spreadsheet and any other information that is recorded.

### 5/5 — Great communications tool

*2020-06-29, version 2020.05.03*

I give this app 5 stars for ease of use and readability. To put insurance company nurses literally at our fingertips in such an easy to use format is powerful.

One night, in the second week of having an awful flu we all assume was the Coronavirus, I couldn’t catch my breath, but feared I would die.

I didn’t want to go to the hospital which here in NJ was filled with Coronavirus patients. So I called the United Health are nurse line around 4 am, and a friendly nurse spent about 45 minutes on the phone with me, doing a full work up and making suggestions for my care.

She helped me change positions in bed to breathe better and I made it through the night without calling 911. Next day, I was enrolled in the UHS Coronavirus nursing program and was invited to download Vivify. Vivify snd UHS have been my lifeline since then.

Each day, I looked forward to the check in. The app would ask me up update my condition, and the entire two weeks that I was symptomatic and spent 18-21 hours a day in bed, the nurses were a text or phone call away.

Never once did the Vivify app fail me.

And, once when my Apple IOS update had a problem, I got a personal phone call from a Vivify tech professional who helped me uninstall, reinstall and got back on the app together. She even called the next day to ensure that I was having no issues!

Now that I’ve been symptom free for a while, they’ve switched me to a monthly check in.

What UHS didn’t know was that before the Coronavirus and the Vivify app, I needed to re-choose insurance and was contemplating whether to stay with UHS or go to Blue Cross. I’m a loyal fan of UHS and Vivify now.

My only suggestion about the app is that when doing daily check ins, the app should have an area where we WRITE IN symptoms which aren’t mentioned, with a hash tag before.

Because, I had the taste symptom before it was common knowledge. And my scalp hurt and that has yet to be mentioned.

But if they were to let patients write in other symptoms, they could be on the leading edge of medical research! They would have an incredibly powerful research tool with LIVE input from study participants!

We loyal, appreciative participants could help provide valuable medical data and feedback in the future. Best wishes to both UHS and Vivify, for “being there” for me when I was so very sick. I’m very grateful. Laura Church

### 5/5 — Upgrade info:

*2020-06-26, version 2020.05.03*

Because I have my iPhone set to automatically install updates when I was instructed to, I found the update process had already occurred! Excellent!!

### 4/5 — Can’t update app

*2020-06-28, version 2020.05.03*

Keep getting a reminder to update app in the program and there is no update!!

### 4/5 — Update message

*2020-06-17, version 2020.05.03*

Other than the fact that I keep getting a message that says I need to update the app only hours after installing it. It seems to be working fine and I’ve already had a communication with a healthcare worker.
