I was so relieved to find Vivify! Now I can take action to help myself cope with my chronic jaw and neck pain. The more I learn about pain physiology and psychology via the educational videos in the app the stronger and less distressed I feel. I appreciate the warm supportive tone and spectacular scenery in the videos. The guided walks are terrific!
