I just bought the reader 20 mins ago downloaded the app and got ready to move pics over and instead the app won’t even work absolute trash 0/10

it's so easy to use. i'm pretty adamant on wanting things to be less work so it was a little inconvenient that i had to download this app, but it's literally fine.

it works great! app works quickly, no ads, lets me delete pictures and videos off of my sd cards which saves me alot of space. i download my pictures to my phone almost immediately after taking pictures on my camera. im confused as to why this app has only 2 stars. i love it.

the app is confusing, the instructions are terrible. and as someone who understands techonology quite well, this was an awful mistake of buying this, we will return this tommorow. please improve.

I’m not sure if it’s the card reader or the app but it’s not working with my phone (16 pro). 

Nothing pops up when you connect it. It’s as if it’s not connected at all. And it might not be considering the instructions don’t include a proper way to connect usb-c iPhones. 

Regardless, nothing is working and I wasted $40.
