## What is Vivledia?

Vivledia turns the health habits you already have into one number you can act on.

Log your day in about five minutes — or just say it. Sleep, exercise, food, drinking, smoking and supplements roll up into a single Longevity Score, scored on published guidance, with a two-week trend that shows whether this week is actually better.

■ Log it any way you like
Speak one sentence and it's sorted into sleep, food, exercise and supplements. Or search by name, scan a plate, read a barcode, or type a line. Open the quick log and it's already listening.

■ One score, five axes
Open any axis to see what moved the number and what to do next. Axes you haven't logged count as neutral, so a partial day is still an honest day.

■ A coach that doesn't flatter you
Veeble reads the day you actually logged and says the part you'd rather skip — and any suggestion becomes a real log in one tap. Name a restaurant and it looks the place up on Google Maps first.

■ Nutrients with upper limits
Combined intake from food and supplements, side by side with recommended amounts and upper limits — and a warning before "more" becomes "too much." Register allergies and sensitive foods, and scans, search and the quick log warn you before you save. Photograph a lab sheet and confirm each value before it's saved.

■ Fasting, sleep, drinking, smoking
A fasting timer that counts from your last logged meal, with a guide that cites human studies by PMID. Real bed and wake times. Alcohol in grams of pure alcohol and standard drinks against NIAAA guidance.

■ Community
Private groups where posts carry the day you actually logged — encouragement starts from real records, not claims — plus public channels anyone in the app can read. Turn on phone notifications to hear when someone comments on your post or mentions you.

■ Apple Health
Steps and workouts come in automatically and fill your exercise axis, with distance and pace on watch workouts. Cardio fitness (VO2 max) and resting heart rate land in your lab records. Sleep stages from your watch — deep, REM, light and awake — fill in your sleep log, even for nights you already logged by hand.

■ Subscription — Lite and Pass
Photo scanning, food search and the quick log use subscription credits; the daily diagnosis is free on every plan. An optional monthly subscription adds paper reports, conversations with the coach and the photo diary — the same features on both plans, with a larger monthly allowance on Pass. Logging, scoring, trends, the fasting timer and Apple Health sync stay free.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.6.6 — 2026-10-05

Share a workout to your group
From the Exercise tab or right after a workout scan, share that day's workout to a group in one step. Workout cards now show heart rate and calories, with a 7-day bar.

Drinks and meals stay in step
Change the amount, strength or type of a drink and its food entry follows. Alcohol-free drinks are logged as food only.

Where each entry came from
A small tag shows whether an entry came from the quick log, a scan, search or automatic sync. The note field holds only what you wrote.

Body composition scans check your day
If a value is already logged for that day, the scan tells you on that row, and it no longer clears values you entered by hand.

Smaller fixes
Saving an entry again updates it instead of adding a second one. Distance and pace use one unit system, and values you didn't touch stay exactly as they were.

Group invites wait for you
If you open a group invite and choose Not now, a Join bar stays at the top of Community so you can finish later.

Phone notifications now turn on
Turn on Phone notifications at the top of Community > Notifications to hear about comments on your posts and mentions. In 1.6.5 the switch did not appear.

### 1.6.5 — 2026-09-29

Phone notifications for comments and mentions
Get a phone notification when someone comments on your post or mentions you in Community. The banner shows only their name, never the post or the group, and tapping it opens that post. We ask once, right after you post or comment, and you can turn it off anytime at the top of Community notifications.

A dot on the Community tab
A small dot on the Community tab means you have unread notifications.

Pick what you ate, right on the photo
Food photo scans now show your photo and estimate the whole amount in it. Tap a food in the photo to mark it eaten or not, and choose all, three quarters, half or a quarter for each. Shared dishes, like a pot of stew or a platter of meat, ask how much you had before you save.

Public channels are your choice
Setting up Community no longer subscribes you to a public channel. To unsubscribe, tap Subscribed on the channel row and confirm.

Carbs, protein and fat on food cards
Food cards you share in a private group now show how your calories split across carbs, protein and fat, and your sodium as a share of the daily limit.

### 1.6.4 — 2026-09-25

Veeble looks up restaurants on Google Maps
Name a restaurant and Veeble finds it on Google Maps, shows the result as a card with a Google Maps link, and weighs it against what you have already logged today. Nutrition figures are marked as estimates.

Allergy and sensitive-food warnings
Register allergies and foods that don't agree with you in Diet profile. Photo scans, food search and the quick log warn you before you save, and Veeble takes them into account when it answers.

Sleep stages on shared sleep cards
Share a night your watch recorded and the card shows deep, light and REM time. Clock times and device names are left out.

Fixes
Editing a sleep entry no longer removes its watch sleep stages. Lab values and diagnoses you deleted on one device no longer come back from another.

### 1.6.3 — 2026-09-09

Cardio fitness on your exercise card
VO2 max and resting heart rate arrive from Apple Health, or from a photo of your treadmill or bike summary. A value you typed yourself is never overwritten by a scan.

Distance and pace from watch workouts
Runs, rides and swims carry their distance, and pace is shown alongside.

Weekly exercise time counts measured minutes
The WHO conversion no longer inflates your weekly total — the number is the time you actually recorded, and any conversion says so.

Scanning and credits
Photo scanning, food search and the quick log use subscription credits. The daily diagnosis stays free on every plan.

Fixes
Exercise types and intensity now read in English on English devices. Drinking guidance follows your language and profile. Sign-in no longer stalls on devices that had an older account.

### 1.6.2 — 2026-09-05

Sleep stages from your watch
Deep, REM, light and awake — if your watch writes sleep stages to Apple Health, they now fill in your sleep log, with a night-by-night chart. Nights you already logged by hand keep your times and notes and just gain the chart.

A coach that cites the app's own knowledge
Veeble now answers from the app's ingredient, research and sleep library — and faster.

Bedtime, two more ways
Log your bedtime from a reminder or by voice.

Fixes
Plates with several foods, US date labels, and a few smaller things.
