## What is Vivo?

Vivo is a sight-reading & ear-training app that goes beyond single notes to chords.
From reading sheet music (note flashcards) to ear training (perfect pitch, relative pitch, intervals) and music theory basics — 9 training modes for the reading, listening and theory skills piano learners need, all in one app. Great for quick practice in spare moments.

"Single notes are fine, but chords leave me stuck…"
"I can read sheet music, but telling notes apart by ear is another story…"
Vivo solves both with short, repeatable flashcard drills.

What makes Vivo different

1. Read chords, not just notes
Practice reading not just single notes, but two- and three-note chords.
Chords are where many players freeze up. Drilling them as flashcards trains you to recognize each chord at a glance, as a single shape.

2. Built-in ear training
Three listening exercises with real piano sound:
• Perfect pitch: hear a single note or a two- or three-note chord and name every note
• Relative pitch: use a reference note as a clue and find the target note on the keyboard (reference: fixed C or random)
• Intervals: hear two notes and identify the interval by ear

3. Note-value math as a game
Solve puzzles like "quarter note + eighth note = ?" to master note values and build the rhythm foundation every player needs.

4. Music theory essentials
• Keys: identify the key from its key signature
• Related keys: name the parallel, relative, dominant and subdominant keys
• Intervals: name the interval between two notes on the staff (major 3rd, perfect 5th…)
• Time signatures: choose the note or rest that completes a measure

5. Customize to your level
• Clefs: treble and bass
• Difficulty: easy to hard
• Accidentals: sharps and flats on or off
Suitable for everyone from complete beginners to intermediate players polishing their fundamentals.

6. Track your daily progress
Every day you practice is marked on the calendar, with your current streak at a glance. Check your accuracy for each day and each practice type. In every mode, you can retry only the questions you missed and focus on your weak spots. Seeing yourself improve keeps you motivated.

Perfect for:
• Beginners who just started piano
• Adults starting piano later in life, and self-taught learners
• Intermediate players who struggle with chord reading
• Anyone training perfect or relative pitch (ear training, solfège)
• Anyone reviewing music theory fundamentals (also handy for music exam prep)
• Players of any treble- or bass-clef instrument

Stop struggling with sheet music — enjoy music more with Vivo!
