### 1/5 — Shouldn't Have To Lie About My Age At 21

You guys probably don't have many people tracking the levels that Vivoo's tests are used to track at 21, but upon coming off of 7 years of forced birth control, after starting at what was essentially the beginning of my natural cycle (meaning I never got to figure out my own cycle before I was put on birth control), I figured it good to test myself regularly to make sure my body's doing all the right things, especially since there's a family history of fertility issues. But to make it impossible for anyone under 22 to make an honest health related account altogether is kind of shabby, especially when you know there are (not many, but still) married 18-21 year olds out there that are trying to become pregnant, or maybe fertility tracking for just the opposite.

I can't even review the rest of the app because it won't let me move past the "birthday" screen, so unless I figure out how to do it myself (which I will be doing with the test I bought, then never again with this app), I basically wasted money on a test I thought would've been perfect for my tracking journey.

You'd think that because fertility doesn't start at 22, you wouldn't have to lie about your age to see your results 5 months too young, as a fully grown adult. I understand age restrictions, but 18 makes sense. 22 does not.

Told me i wasn’t ovulating with a clear pic of my ovulation test. Made me believe my temps were wrong so i missed my ovulation date. Very frustrated for someone TTC.

I took two pictures to see if the app would say the same thing for the ovulation test and in the same lighting didn’t move it or anything one said high and one said low. Terrible app. I’ll just stick to collecting them myself.

It’s asinine and obnoxious. If I want details, sure give me the app. But if I just want test results? I still have to download the app, login, forget my login, get center reset, login, have more marketing launched at me, all so that I can be shown a vague color chart that I have to compare my results to to guess what the result maybe is so they’re not even taking a picture of the strip and running diagnostics for you,  it’s ridiculous.

Got this because it says protein is one of the 9 parameters tested and was the only urinalysis showing that ability at a few stores. First test got scanned but never showed results. Had to delete my account then recreate it just to rescan and still weren’t able to get past the analyzing feature.

I purchased some strips at Sam's because it was shown as a urine analysis. But it's not it does not give you your specific readings it generalize everything and then gives you advice and that's not what I was looking for so it does not suit my needs. I have deleted the app, and feel that I wasted money.
