I have spent thousands of dollars on their system, and I am very disappointed with their mobile app. Their new update does not work, and now I can not view any of the cameras at my business. ### 2/5 — Promising start needs work *2020-12-31, version 2.9.3* I purchased two vivotek cameras and set up VIVOCloud as an easy way to view them remotely. The app works well but after about two weeks the cameras become inaccessible. The cameras can still be reached on the local network just not by VIVOCloud. Rebooting the cameras gets them back on line with VIVOCloud cloud but this is not really what I want to have to do. Problem logged with vivotek I hope this will be fixed in a future release of the cloud and or app software. Ancora da migliorare la visualizzazione in lanscape che risulta a schermo dimezzato e non full screen. Ottimo lavoro ### 5/5 — VIVOCloud *2018-11-17, version 2.4.101* Testing it for the last 4 months , few hiccup when the app it freeze but forcing to close and reopen it again fix the problem, I hope the streaming from the NVR can be improved, I know is a lot to data to transfer but will be nice to have more smothered play back when you Download streaming is above 200 Mbps.
