I have to have an account and be logged in to be able to use the app but yet for every order I place I have to enter every detail of my name, email, address, payment details etc as it doesn’t pick anything up from autofill or my account details and Apple Pay isn’t an option. It was made worse with the last update as previously it at least recognised my postcode and I could select my address. Now it tells me it is not valid and I have to enter the address in full. It doesn’t even default to the email address keyboard on the email field. Also no way to reload a previously bought gift card so you get a new one each time. And it’s really bad. The back button doesn’t work half the time, and if it does, the screen just goes blank and the app never comes back alive, so you have to close it and re-login again. All items delivered are via John Lewis & Partners. The quality of items and helps with low payments deducted from your salary over a 12 month period.
