And both times it used the video that was already posted on the site. I speak to a customer service and log my refund request, unfortunately my request is not accepted. This is a rubbing people in a broad daylight. Cancelei a assinatura logo em seguida por não ter gostado do aplicativo e não ter usado de forma significativa. Mesmo assim, fui cobrado novamente após o período. A falta de clareza na oferta gerou uma cobrança indevida que bloqueou até mesmo novos downloads na minha conta Apple. Espero que a empresa melhore a transparência nas descrições e nos processos de assinatura. I used one time, tried to cancel and there is no place to cancel. I am still trying to cancel and it will not let me. It never gave me an opportunity to cancel my free trial. Porém, no meu caso, foi debitado automaticamente do meu cartão antes do prazo informado. Assim que percebi a cobrança indevida, cancelei a assinatura imediatamente e solicitei o reembolso. Mesmo assim, meu pedido foi negado, apesar de a cobrança ter ocorrido de forma contrária ao que foi anunciado. Me senti enganado pela propaganda do período de teste gratuito. Não recomendo o aplicativo enquanto essa prática continuar acontecendo.
