For a month it has said that it’s cancelled yet it is still trying to charge my card. So I had to leave that card with no money on it so it would t be able to charge it. But today it just happened to catch some money on that card and it charged it. Meantime I have been trying to contact the company to tell them to cancel it and have gotten ZERO response. Now they have my money and I’m stuck with an app that I can’t cancel and I no longer use. Do not get it ### 1/5 — Unable to cancel subscription after free trial *2026-06-02, version 7.1* I downloaded this app and used the free trial option to see if the app had what I was looking for. The checkout went through Stripe (Apple Pay / Link), not the App Store subscription system. After subscribing, I was unable to find the subscription in my iPhone settings or App Store subscriptions, and there was no clear way to cancel inside the app. I emailed support before the 3 day trial was over to request cancellation and I have not heard back from them yet. I took screenshots of there being no way to cancel through their app, as well as screenshots of the email I sent to have proof that I tried cancelling before the trial ended and before they are supposed to charge me. Based on my experience, and plenty of others if you read the reviews, the cancellation process is not transparent and is difficult to find compared to typical App Store subscriptions.
