I’ve been using various apps for facilities work for over 10 years now and VixxoLink is by far the most convoluted, frustrating, bug ridden app I have ever dealt with. It crashes constantly, deletes all my pictures/notes/signoff when it crashes, takes up to 30 seconds to upload individual pictures, and generally takes 30-45 minutes to input all my job information and submit a ticket if it doesn’t crash. The general basis for the app looks great, but its functionality is borderline worthless. Vixxo could do much better

Such a poorly designed app for a company that demands so much. If you want everything filled out perfectly how about investing in an app that doesn’t crash every 10 seconds.

Every time Vixxo seems to solve their issues they seem to turn around and shoot themselves in the foot. It’s almost like they don’t even want us to actually submit anything. It used to crash if you were out of the app for too long (still does but much less) now god forbid I have to upload more than 7 pictures. Then it crashes wipes out all my info and I get to start again and pray to every god that this time it won’t crash. My most recent crash has now left my call suspended in a constant attempt to upload(not even sure why I hadn’t hit submit it crashed when I hit save on the 10th picture) so now I get to call their customer support line and talk to someone with a terrible phone connection and a rudimentary grasp on the English language while I attempt to explain and give them part numbers for everything I’ve done. Increasing my call time and bill. Good luck go with a different app or company. Every time they get their act together they fall on their face with the next step. Completely incapable of putting one foot in front of the other. Oh and good luck giving detailed notes with their character limit that we’ve talked to the developer about and they still do nothing to increase or remove that feature.

After I complete a service call and get the manager to sign off. It never includes the manager‘s signature. Just a horrible app.

I cannot the app was palatable but now it doesn’t even give me the part even when I put the part number in I have to put in the exact name with part number now like come on guys !

First time using this app had issues with loading photos to submitting invoices to looking for the right parts and I’m so happy these were my last two jobs for this company. Good luck to everyone!!

A half baked app with literally no continued support, crashes constantly, obviously no one is working on trying to update this app in a meaningful way. I don’t need ai. I need the app to actually function on a basic level. If you can’t do the basics, why do it at all.

App is awful and unusable. I can’t even login because every time I try to use my password manager, the app restarts at the beginning and takes me to the login screen again. If I try to paste the password in, it won’t allow it and again it will restart and require me to try to login again. Incredibly frustrating when busy and trying to complete work.
