I asked if they could issue a new one. However, the customer service agent, Ryner Carvalho, kept asking me the same questions and ignored my request to speak with management. I'm beginning to wonder if they are intentionally doing this or just trying to avoid issuing the voucher. Additionally, the agent replied with a spelling mistake. Overall, my experience with Viya seems a bit questionable. ### 1/5 — Poor customer service *2025-03-26, version 1.2.16* I spoke to someone at 9:42 26th March after a long wait. They assured me they would assist and call back with an update on my request. This app is a scam, deceptive, and unsafe. I reported it to my bank and the app store — please don’t become a victim. Stay alert and avoid this app at all costs. This app is deceptive, predatory, and extremely unsafe — it’s a total rip-off. I strongly advise you not to download or use Viya. If you’ve already installed it, check your bank statements immediately, contact your bank to dispute the charge, and report the app to the app store. Within just one week, the partnership ended, completely changing the value of what I paid for. When I asked for a refund, I was first told Warehouse Gym would still be accessible and that I could request a refund if anything changed — now they claim refunds aren’t possible. This constant change in information is unprofessional and misleading. They waste your time, give unclear answers, and fail to deliver on what they originally promised. A membership like this should be reliable, transparent, and fair — unfortunately, Viya has proven to be none of these. I would strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this pass.
