In this version we've included property inspection capabilities. Using camera we can set up and record rooms as an inspector would do, then upload it to run through vision AI model and detect the defects. After inspection, you can download the report and immediately set maintenance in motion.

Addition of HOA & Homeowner role. 

2. HOA (Homeowners Association):  HOA members can issue violations to Homeowners or Managers and oversee community-related compliance.
