## What is Vizitor pass?

We just built the Vizitor PASS app! This app is a companion solution to Vizitor, visitor management system.  Perfect for Employees to manage visitors with their own.
 

Vizitor PASS  is a smart visitor management application which can be installed in the mobile phones of every employee and will help the employees manage their visitors. The employees acting as the host can approve and disapprove of the visitors coming to the organization and can even send a custom message to their visitors. Example: "Wait in meeting room, I will be there in 10 mins".

The visitor PASS application helps check-ins visitors directly via QR Code, making the process really simple and easy.

Quick Check In
Visitor PASS will detect your OR Code; just tap your photo to check-in.

Real-time Access Control
Get a real time view of visitors' movement at your premises with the Vizitor PASS.

Send and Receive Invitees
Create and edit invites, view your visitor history and sign our visitors.

Instant Push Notifications
Choose how you’d like to be notified when visitors arrive to see you.

Approve/ Disapprove Visitors
Approval and disapproval can be made with custom messages

No Paper Badges
Get your E-badge printed instantly for more security and identification by reducing paper waste.
 
The employee/host can create and send invites from the application to the guests to whom they want to invite to their office. The list of recent invitations sent and the previous invitations sent to the visitors can be viewed with accurate date and time.
This application is built thinking in mind about our #greenbusiness initiative, wherein the idea behind this is to encourage organizations to begin its "go green" process and to implement the use of paperless working operation.
