It is a great app and works well. The newest version is glitchy and needs to be fixed asap ### 1/5 — Is this for real? *2012-06-04, version 1.1.1* App does not work after you dl. It asks for a pin. You are supposed to contact the author for a account. Is this a bait and switch? Company web site has no info at all. Do you really want us to call some salesman who will ask us a hundred questions ? Boy was I wrong. What a slow, glitchy piece of trash. I have a service based business serving homeowners and insurance adjusters through disaster restorations. I now submit reports directly to insurance adjusters from the insured's home. Call the adjuster, get approval, walk back in the home and get to work. No more driving back to the shop, type reports (I hate reports), sending them off, twiddle my thumbs for two or three days, then go back to the insured's home. I love it!
