## What is VizyPlan?

VizyPlan helps every family bring calm and clarity to the moments that overwhelm you both: mornings, transitions, and bedtimes. Visual schedules work for all kids, and VizyPlan goes deeper for autistic children and kids with ADHD, with tools shaped by the families and clinicians who live this every day.

Designed with parents and the BCBAs, SLPs, and OTs who support them. Every feature exists because a real family asked for it.

SEE YOUR DAY, STEP BY STEP
Build picture schedules for mornings, mealtimes, school prep, therapy, chores, bedtime, anything your family does. First-Then sequences, choice boards, and drag-and-drop editing keep routines easy to adjust. Use the built-in library or VizyPlan's AI image creator so every step looks like your child's world.

MAKE TRANSITIONS EASIER
When kids can see what's happening now and what comes next, transitions get smoother. Visual timers and predictable structure take the uncertainty out of the moments that usually go sideways.

CALM WHEN IT COUNTS
Guided deep breathing, grounding exercises, color breathing, and a one-tap calm screen help anyone reset during overwhelm.

RESYNA: SOUND & COLOR THAT FOLLOW YOUR HEARTBEAT (NEW)
Pair Apple Watch or a compatible heart-rate monitor and Resyna, our patent-pending experience, responds to your heart rhythm with a slow breathing pace to follow, soft sound, and flowing color. No counting, no timers. No monitor? Try the Calming Frequency tools instead. Resyna is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Best with headphones, 2 to 5 minutes at a time.

EARN IT, SEE IT, CELEBRATE IT
Points, stickers, and visual rewards as kids move through their routines. Gentle motivation, never pressure or punishment.

TELL THEIR STORY
Social stories and Story Time mode turn new experiences and tricky situations into visual narratives any child can follow. Build-a-Story lets families create personalized stories on the fly.

VIZY AI ADVOCATE
Record and transcribe IEP meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and therapy sessions with AI notes, so parents stay present instead of writing everything down.

KEEP YOUR CARE TEAM IN SYNC
Parents, caregivers, educators, and providers share one workspace, so routines, notes, and progress stay consistent across home, school, and sessions. BCBAs, SLPs, OTs, and other clinicians can join to add goals, session notes, and strategies. Families control access at every step.

### 5/5 — Amazing!!

*2026-08-18*

I was worried about trying this because it hadn’t had very many reviews in the App Store but I’m so glad I did! It’s exactly what I was looking for. This visual schedule works beautifully for each of my kids from age 7 to age 11. The social stories is a beautiful touch as well. We haven’t dived into the IEP and therapy features yet but I can’t wait to give them a try. The built in assistant also makes the app extremely easy to set up since it does almost all the work for you. So glad to have given this app a try and now it’s a large piece of our everyday lives.

### 5/5 — Plans that actually work for any family

*2026-06-15*

I don't usually write reviews but this one is worth it.

We're not navigating a neurodivergent diagnosis — we're just a busy family trying to get through mornings without losing our minds. And VizyPlan has been a game changer.

The visual routines are so easy to set up and my kids actually follow them. Something about seeing the steps laid out in pictures just clicks in a way that me repeating myself never did. Getting dressed, brushing teeth, packing the bag. They now do this all independently and I don't have to be the nag.

What I didn't expect was how much it's building real skills. My kids are learning to manage their own time and sequence their day. It's the kind of lessons I hope sticks with them long after needing the app.

The app itself is intuitive, I figured it out in minutes and so did my kids so now we get to experience it together. The developers are clearly listening and actively improving it.

This is for any family that's doing a lot and needs a little structure to hold it together. Highly recommend. ❤️

### 5/5 — Great tool box for autism family

*2026-06-05*

This app is like an autism tool box in my pocket. No more looking through a million little laminated cards for the one that matches the activity I want to show my kids. It makes the pictures for you. It’s easy to use. I’m loving it.

### 5/5 — Wish I had this 20 years ago

*2026-05-19*

I’m an autism dad with three sons, and I’ve been doing this for over 20 years. Back when my boys were little, we made visual schedules out of laminated index cards, velcro strips, and Boardmaker printouts taped to the fridge. Every transition, every meltdown, every new routine meant another trip to the laminator at 11pm.

VizyPlan is what I wish I’d had then.
The picture schedules and first-then boards would have saved me hours every week. The AI image generator is the part that really gets me, though. We used to scour the internet trying to find pictures that looked even close to what my kids actually did during the day. Now you can create custom visuals that match your child’s real routine, real environment, and real people. That kind of personalization wasn’t possible when my boys were small.

The calming tools, emotion check-ins, and reward system are all things we cobbled together ourselves over the years with mixed results. Having it all in one place, designed specifically for autistic and ADHD kids, would have changed our lives.
If you’re a parent raising a young autistic or neurodivergent child right now, please don’t do what I did and reinvent the wheel for a decade.

Start here.

### 5/5 — Great app for neurodivergent children.

*2026-03-05*

Great app to help keep my wife and I on stay on track with areas of the day that we would normally struggle with our girls

### 5/5 — Finally. an app built with real families in mind

*2026-03-04*

I don’t write reviews often, but VizyPlan earned one.
We’ve tried everything over the years. Whiteboards, printed schedules, timers, habit trackers. Nothing stuck. Not because our family wasn’t trying, but because nothing was designed for how we actually think and move through a day.
VizyPlan changed that almost immediately and I’m only on the free trial.
The visual step-by-step routines are clear in a way that feels respectful, not condescending. The First Then cards alone have reduced our morning standoffs more than I can put into words. My child knows what’s coming next, feels prepared, and moves through transitions with so much less anxiety. That’s not a small thing. That’s life changing for our household.
What sets this apart from every other schedule app is that it was clearly built by someone who lives this, not just someone who studied it. The calming tools, the emotion check ins, the reward system that motivates without pressure, every feature feels intentional. You can feel the empathy in the design.
The AI image generator is a genuinely smart touch. Being able to create custom visuals that reflect our actual routines instead of generic illustrations makes a real difference in how engaged my child is.
The shared care team workspace is something I didn’t know I needed until I had it. Having our OT aligned on the same routines we use at home has created a consistency we’ve been chasing for years.
I’m still in my trial and honestly already know where this is going. If your family includes someone who thrives on predictability, visual learning, or just needs to see the plan, download this today. You’ll wonder how you managed without it.

Transitions are the hardest part of the day — that gap between what's happening now and what comes next. This update is about seeing them coming.

Your day, before it starts. A gentle note each morning shows what's ahead, so the day is visible before anyone's shoes are on. Quiet on days with nothing planned.

A heads-up before each step. Turn it on and get a nudge a few minutes before an activity — enough warning to finish what they're doing and get ready for what's next. Off by default; it's there when you want it.

Quiet hours. Set a window and nothing comes through. Your evenings stay yours.

You decide what reaches you. Every kind of notification has its own switch in Settings — the day ahead, activity heads-ups, family updates, and reminders from us. Turn on only what helps.

No more mystery notifications. Tap the bell and you'll see exactly what came through and why.

Pictures that look more like your child.

Plain language when something goes wrong. Fewer technical messages, more explanation of what to do next.
