We open the game, go onto a mode, and it CRASHES ALL THE TIME! Only had it for a day and hate it.

Don’t bother! 
For a children's app there is a ridiculous amount of adverts. 
It could be a really good game but the adverts ruin it. I can’t even see on this game how you pay to get rid of the adverts.
