### 1/5 — Pages don’t load

*2021-04-07*

Every other page is glitchy, I just want to do my uni work

### 1/5 — worst app ever

*2021-01-12*

like the title. Personal account problem happens everywhere. If I cannot login with my student account but only some stupid adobe id then why our school forces us to use it??? Preparing well before coming into market idiot!!

### 1/5 — Not available to use

*2021-01-04*

I cannot send the resource from my laptop to mobile device, it always shows the original resources use a different account. I used my university account on laptop, and I create a same one on this app, still not working, and impossible. This app also cannot download resources independently. Maybe I don’t understand how to use but I tried my best.

### 1/5 — Impossible to use

*2020-11-14*

Their instructions don’t work
I cannot read a downloaded book
This app is the worst app I’ve ever come across
It says I’ve downloaded the book
It’s in my account
But all it ever downloads is a tiny file that I can’t open according to a message that means nothing and gives you no idea of how to fix the problem
All my books for university are available on this app which doesn’t work
Avoid it
Ive been trying to read books on it on a mac and on an ipad for months now
And it’s completely impossible
Whoever designed this app is an irresponsible idiot

### 4/5 — Pretty Good

*2020-07-17*

I downloaded the app to read the free eBooks from my school and it is ok.

It is a bit of a pain the first time you use it as you cannot get the books from the app, you have to use the website instead. Once you have downloaded the book, you realise that it downloads as a .acsm file which you need an Adobe account to read so you have to go to the Adobe website and create an account before returning to the app and logging in with your account. You then have to go to the files app, find the .acsm file, click on it, click share and then “Copy to VLeBooks”.

However, it is much easier after you have done the initial setup.

The actual reading experience is great but it sometimes freezes when you open the app, forcing you to close out the app and try again. I also sometimes run into an issue where the pictures do not display but that does not happen very often.

### 1/5 — Bring back photocopies, for gods sake

*2019-11-07*

Appalling mess. Forced to dl for time limited / drm protected access to a reading. The related website refuses to dl the file, insisting - no matter what I do - that it is available in my account. All my account has is the same download link which, when clicked, tells me that it is available in my account. The view online button on the same page is dead and does nothing.

iOS provides me with no means of exporting files from the safari web page to this app. This app provides me with no means of importing files from safari or elsewhere.

An appalling and unjustifiable mess. I can’t believe we’re forcing our students to use something so utterly broken (I’ve wasted an hour on this this morning) and will be pushing our library to abandon it in favour of electronically stored photocopies wherever this is humanly possible.

Ugh.

### 1/5 — Mr

*2014-01-17*

Crashes on iOS 7. Makes your iPad reboot every time and annoys the hell out of me. Avoid! Do not download.

### 1/5 — Don't download

*2013-12-01*

Hi I downloaded this so I could read books off a library site, it suggested this app so downloaded and it kept crashing my iPad, the screen would freeze and could do nothing with it, do not download

### 2/5 — Crashed my iPad Air

*2013-11-12*

On first opening the app it crashed my iPad Air. Managed to open it on reboot, and then managed to read a number of pages of my book. On trying to close the app I found I couldn't. Had to reboot my iPad then I quickly deleted the app.

### 5/5 — So user friendly and sexy with it

*2012-10-25*

Just a super way to access ebook content which is presented is a way which is designed around the user. Quite rare in some instances with other apps. Download it now!!
