여태까지 잘 사용하고 있었는데 며칠 전부터 애니메이션이 들어간 자막들이 적용이 잘 안되고 자막이 추가되어있는데도 사라져서 열심히 편집한 영상을 여러번 다시 손보게 되어 많이 당황스럽습니다. 유료로 사용하고 있고 편집도 다 마쳤는데 추출하면 어떻게 될진 아직 모르지만, 이 불편함을 개선해주시기를 바랍니다.

I had a project to send out that I started working on in advance and when I came back to the project 97% of the special effects and edits stopped working. I emailed them twice and messaged them on Instagram because I have a deadline to meet. No response from the emails and then I got told to just basically wait till they respond through email. I paid for the yearly subscription and I want my money back.(The facts that you have to wait 3 business days to receive help with this company when you’re paying for this service is outrageous.)

VLLO is very is to use and budget friendly. It meets my needs of editing quick videos and includes enough tools to add a little flair to my content. I would recommend this for novice and experienced editors.

It’s not possible to add videos saved in my external ssd. Most of videos has more than 10GB. TOTAL FOOTAGE IS OVER 100GB saved in external ssd but it cannot be added!!!! Why????

いきなり料金体系が変わってしまい、混乱しています。

アプリ自体の使い勝手はとても良好です。動画編集に興味のある友達には、みんなに勧めてきました。vlloは私に必要な機能が揃っていて、操作感も最高でした。今まで本当にありがとうございました。

だからこそ、今回の料金体系の変更はとても残念です。

以前の課金機能を使えるベーシックプランと、新しいAI機能などを利用できるプレミアムプランのように、ユーザーが選べる形だったらよかったのに、と思います。

AIが便利だと感じる人ももちろんいると思いますが、みんながみんなAI機能を必要としているわけではありません。

これだけ使いやすいアプリを作って提供することが、どれだけ大変だったことでしょう。だからこそ、愛用してきたユーザーとして、今回の変更には寂しさを感じています。

以前は年間千円台で利用でき、買い切りプランもあっただけに、今回の大幅な値上げと買い切りプランの廃止は、ユーザーへの裏切りのように感じてしまいました。

本当に気に入っていたアプリだったので、とても残念です。

I’ve been testing many video editing apps to find which one I want to actually buy a license for. I decided to stick with VLLO cause it has all essential features, and also really easy to use, I wanted to pay for the lifetime license, but the app forced me into updating with the new UNWANTED bs AI features, and removing lifetime license as options…. I’m very upset

I’ve been using this app for almost 5 years to edit my social media content. I initially downloaded it because of the background removal and the masking tools. I genuinely feel that these are the two options that are on this app that have not been improved since they’ve been introduced. And now I fear with the introduction of AI. Any upgrades to this app will now be subscription features instead of a one time fee… I enjoy this app because it gave me something I felt like I owned. A community I felt like I was a part of. But it’s starting to feel like a cash grab. And less like an editing community.

I purchased this app a few years ago I consistently use it to edit videos on Instagram, Facebook TikTok. It’s one of my favorite apps to edit on. I promote this app as much as possible not only do I promote it. I teach people how to use it on social media the reason this app is so popular with my following is because it is a one time purchase adding a subscription to the app just defeats everything that makes this app great. I also understand that AI features are all the rage in every app is charging people for them personally, I’d rather do it the hard way as long as I don’t have to make an extra purchase. If this is the direction that the app is going, then I’m probably not gonna use it as much in the future. I love this app because it updates. It is a living growing part of my ecosystem.

Alright, so I recently got a software update and I have not been able to export a single project on this app ever since. It doesn't matter how long, what quality, what it's being exported as, nothing. It just will not go through. Like, one day, I tried to export a single frame long video of a blank screen and I let it sit for two hours, and the thing just stayed at 0.0%. I genuinely have no idea what to do.

VLLO really helps me edit my videos with just simple buttons. Instead of me having to have a timer, I can just edit it out of the video from speed, audio, text, and ai voice this really helped me and I think it will help lots of other beginners!

I’ve never really found good editing software on phone but honestly, if you just pay the premium you can key frame you can do transitions and you can put on filters and a lot more I mean come on what else can you ask for?
