You can restore purchases, but you are still asked to buy it when you go to create a new presentation or add files to one already created. If you actually click on buy it then says you already have the premium version! Developer hopeless as never answers queries. App is aptly named because when you go to try to play a video, one commercial loops for infinity. Trying to open the tutorial to configure the app was even more frustrating as the screen goes all haywire and shows you maybe 20% of what’s going on. There is one task this app should need, load videos from camera roll and then play them on loop with maybe a pause control or something. Seems easy but no this app can’t even do that it can see all the videos in camera roll but when you load them in it doesn’t show up. And the screen is half black and scaled completely wrong in the menus so it’s impossible to even find the video. I had one problem though, and that was using the app on my phone. It works just fine on an iPad or tablet, but everything zooms in when I use my phone. I can’t press certain things in order to make a video and it makes the app so much more difficult to use. He is responding ligtning fast and with very helpfull guidence. Not that you would need the support for the app - but we wanted to install it into older iPads and contacted the support email. And we have been able to install it based on the recoomendations. The App is a great tool since it even offers a kiosk mode so that "walkby" people cant stop the loop. Very thoughtfull overall the app is easy to use! ### 5/5 — Was a life saver *2022-01-20, version 23* My sons cat of 15 years was very sick. He had been with us all for all those years but he was my son’s for sure. His down hill health was only a few months and when it got bad it got bad fast. My son had to go to work and I was the care giver. I just knew I had to do something for teddy so he knew my son was there. I had a video of my son singing and playing his guitar. I could not loop it. I googled it and this came up. It was so easy and I looped the video in about a minute. It brought comfort to our cat. Each time I had to shut it down to use my phone the cat cried and placed his head on my phone. I then put it on the iPad and left it on loop. He passed hearing and seeing my son. I thank god for this app I found. We left it playing for our loved pet until he was cremated. I just had to share this story. I needed something to loop a video during open houses and other school events. This is simple to use. The video tutorials are spot on. Love it!! ### 5/5 — A Lifesaver *2016-03-14, version 14* I was searching online for a way to play a video as an infinite loop on the iPad. This was a Friday afternoon and I needed it for a surprise 75th birthday party for my husband on Sunday. I finally came upon a conversation in which Lucas Jordan (founder of ClayWare Games) described the VLoop app he had created for that purpose. I downloaded VLoop and within ten minutes at most was able to have my video loop repeatedly. I ran into trouble when the sound did not come through and I emailed Lucas. He responded within an hour (!) with an answer that set me on the right track and I very quickly had both visual and sound. The party was a great success and the looping video was a hit. On another note, although the app itself is free, I had to bring the video into VLoop from Dropbox, which cost $1.99 (There is no cost if you work through iTunes.) Some people see this additional cost as a negative, and it might indeed be an issue if one had many videos in Dropbox and had to pay for each one brought into VLoop, but for me in my predicament, VLoop was a lifesaver at a price below the cost of a large cup of coffee at Starbucks. It might be a good idea, though, to indicate in the Details that there is an additional cost when importing a video from Dropbox. ### 5/5 — Good app *2016-03-09, version 14* I don't generally take he time to write reviews, but I wanted to help after seeing many negative reviews. This app does just what I says...loops a video. If the video is already in your camera roll (I synced mine with iTunes from my laptop) then there are no additional fees and it took me all of about 45 seconds to figure it out and get my video looping.
