The first time the cancel was a suggestion made by customer support so I took that opportunity and used the credit towards a different pop figure that I have now been waiting better than a year for it, it was suppose to of released in July 2022 but after never receiving mine I started the process of reaching out to customer service. I am on my third request for any sort of assistance at all and no response on any. The sad part is I have already bought this figure from Amazon because it was a gift for my daughter and I was tired of making her wait, but that doesn’t mean there shouldn’t be no resolve to this situation. I have emailed customer service and nothing but a generic response. So I’m out money as well as what I ordered. They have no customer service at all. I placed 2 orders LAST YEAR, one in January and one in February. I’m still waiting with no way to get my money back and only received not even half of the orders. This app should have been deleted from the App Store a long time ago. This is the second time I have had an issue trying to get a hold of this company. The last time when I finally did they told me Instagram was the best way. I have sent the same message for at least 3 days in a row. I stupidly pre ordered pops from them last January because I never had an issue with them before and actually I liked this company up until mid last year. I have still not received my items. They told me back in June of 2022 that I should be receiving them between then and September. Well September has come and gone months ago and still no items.
