Because it keeps freezing whenever you log in and it's getting really frustrating and annoying to be waiting for such a long period of time just to pay a bill. It would be good if the app kept performing consistently ### 1/5 — Can’t log in *2025-02-07, version 1.8.0* I recently opened an account during my stay in Jamaica. I wasn’t able to log into the app in Jamaica and contact the bank to confirm that all the information I was entering was correct (which it was). This suggested there was an issue with the app. I visited the bank as I was leaving in a few days, another customer was in the bank at the same time reporting the same problem and that they had not been able to log onto the app for much longer than myself. I was told that someone would be in touch. I’m currently back in the UK and I still can’t get on the app nor has anyone been in touch. Not great.
