Secondly, each time a try to do a bill payment it just spins until it kicks me out, just useless. I wasn’t able to log into the app in Jamaica and contact the bank to confirm that all the information I was entering was correct (which it was). This suggested there was an issue with the app. I visited the bank as I was leaving in a few days, another customer was in the bank at the same time reporting the same problem and that they had not been able to log onto the app for much longer than myself. I was told that someone would be in touch. I’m currently back in the UK and I still can’t get on the app nor has anyone been in touch. Not great. Fix up the ting man. Cho. Simply put. A banking app should be issue free and seamless. This App needs a total revamp and modernisation. It is not supposed to make life harder.
