## What is Vmanage?

Vmanage for iOS: Streamline your ward round, billing and GESA colonoscopy recertification

The complete solution for Australian physicians to efficiently manage ward rounds, from ward rounds to colonoscopy recertification. All data stays on your device and is secured with Face ID/Touch ID.

Key Features:
	•	Efficient Ward Round: Save time on data entry. Securely snap a photo of a patient label or front sheet, and use text-recognition (on supported iPhone, iPad and Mac) to populate the details later. You no longer have to save your patient label/front sheet with sensitive information in the Photos app.
	•	Secure & Private by Design Your data stays with you. No data is uploaded to the cloud. Vmanage is secured with Face ID/Touch ID and stores all information only on your device—no cloud syncing. You have complete control over when and how you share.
	•	No internet connection required. We understand many clinical environments have poor reception. Vmanage does NOT require an internet connection to work.
	•	MBS Code Viewer Download the XML version of MBS Code and review it on the device offline.
	•	Easy Backup & Restore Quickly create password-protected backups to share securely between your personal devices. The app automatically prevents duplicate entries upon import.
	•	Space Efficient: All captured patient labels, front sheet and scope/pathology reports are instantly compressed to minimise storage use. You can monitor your database size and image files directly in the settings and apply further compression if needed.
	•	Works on iPhone, iPad and MacOS (Apple Silicon ONLY). Vmanage is built using Apple's standard Swift UI to work across all Apple devices. Start your work on iPhone and finish off data entry on your iPad/MacOs (Use .vmxx export to securely transport information across your device).

Flexible & Time-Saving Export Options
	•	Multiple Export Options: Effortlessly manage your clinical data. Export ward round summaries as PDFs, generate CSV files for GESA conjoint recertification, and create CSV reports formatted for the NSW Health Vmoney website (FFS VMOs only).
	•	Capture Scope & Pathology Report. You can store scope and pathology report within the app and export them in one file for your audit. OCR is enabled for scope and pathology report as well and can be used to populate pathology field.
	•	Track Your Colonoscopy Performance Track and monitor your adenoma detection rate (ADR) and SSP detection rate realtime
