Das ist einfach schon mal ein sehr schlechtes Kriterium. Darüber hinaus hat die App wenig Funktionen. Es war die Rede, dass man einen Tempomat einstellen könnte. Auch das fehlt komplett. Einstellung der Display Helligkeit ist nicht möglich. Keine Update Funktion zum Display. Die Blinker-Symbole sind viel zu klein und überhaupt nicht zu erkennen, wenn man damit fährt. Man hat sich leider nicht bis zu Ende Mühe gegeben. ### 5/5 — ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ *2025-07-31, version 1.5* Hervorragender Kundenservice und großartige Kulanz! Wir haben unseren VMAX VX2 GT Mitte 2022 gekauft und waren von Anfang an sehr zufrieden mit dem Scooter. Als nach Ablauf der Garantie ein Problem auftrat, haben wir uns trotzdem an VMAX gewandt – und wurden absolut positiv überrascht. Der Kundenservice war von Beginn an erstklassig: Uns wurde sofort ein Ersatzkarton zugesendet, da unser Originalkarton nach den Jahren nicht mehr vorhanden war. Kurz darauf erhielten wir ein Rücksendeetikett und konnten den Scooter einschicken. Die Rückmeldung erfolgte prompt, der Scooter wurde direkt überprüft und umfassend instand gesetzt – und das alles auf Kulanz, obwohl die Garantie bereits abgelaufen war. Folgende Arbeiten wurden durchgeführt: • Frontrohr erneuert • Klappmechanismus ersetzt • Beschädigtes Bremskabel getauscht • Motor kalibriert • Probefahrt über 2 km • Reifendruck geprüft (3,2 bar – alles ok) Die Kommunikation war durchweg freundlich, transparent und zuverlässig. Wir sind sehr dankbar für diese positive Erfahrung und können VMAX nur weiterempfehlen. Ein Unternehmen, das wirklich hinter seinen Produkten steht – vielen Dank! ### 1/5 — Seit dem letzten Update *2025-07-30, version 1.5* Seit dem letzten Update habe ich voll die Schwierigkeiten erst konnte ich mich anmelden dann mal 1 Tag gewartet ist Nix passiert dann mal Telefon neu gestartet auch Nix passiert dann mal die App deinstalliert sich Nix ja dann mal paar std wieder gewartet dann konnte ich mich anmelden dann alles neu runtergeladen und jetzt seit paar Tagen immer wieder die Basemap-Download immer wieder runtergeladen und ab heute funktioniert gar nix mehr die ist hängen geblieben wenn man auf Start drückt passiert gar nix keine Reaktion ab und an mal ein Kreis mit Ausrufezeichen mehr aber auch nicht ich kann zur Zeit mit der App nix anfangen ### 5/5 — Straightforward and you’re not forced to use it! *2025-07-28, version 1.5* I love riding my VMAX VX2 Pro. One of the things that really bothered me about my old Segway Ninabot Max G2 was that I was forced to use the app. Same thing with my NIU scooter. The VMAX app honestly doesn’t have a ton of features, but it’s reliable and does what I need. More importantly, the scooter is so much nicer to ride than my old Segway or NIU scooters. ### 2/5 — Reichweite *2025-02-10, version 1.1.1* Wann kommt ein Update das die reichweiten Vorhersage verbessert, und man einstellen kann wann sich der e Scooter in den standby Modus versetzt. Mir wurde gesagt das ich kein Einzelfall bin und es mit einer anderen Internetverbindung probieren soll aber das war nun auch schon 4 Wochen her.
