The best in Keliwna, the best in West Kelowna and definitely the best studio in B.C.  one pass gets you all three locations. Tough to beat. Best teachers. I love it here! Awesome app too.

I've tried different yoga studios before and THBY is as good as it gets. You get all the benefits of being at an infrared studio in addition to a great work out and mental grounding. The studio itself is beautiful, the prices are reasonable, the instructors are competent, and the owner, Sarah, will brighten up anyone's day. Definitely worth a try!

The hot box is a fantastic place to start your yoga journey! I've been here several times and love it. The studio is clean and fresh. The yoga room is comfortable and the heat is nothing shy of perfect. Their motto is that they want to make you sweat not faint.

The teachers are genuine, sincere and care about you from the minute you walk in. If you have never done yin, it's AMAZINGLY relaxing. 

Fantastic studio, location and staff!
