The app was so easy to connect to my Coros account so that all the workouts from the app sync automatically with my watch. Easy to leave comments and love the new group feature! It would be even better if we could connect a heart rate monitor and add elevation gain/loss before selecting “Finish Workout.” ### 2/5 — Needs serious update *2026-07-02, version 5.40* The app syncs with Garmin automatically, which sounds convenient — until the data is wrong and you can’t fix it. Once a workout syncs, there’s no way to edit the distance or any other field. This is a serious issue for treadmill runs, where the watch distance is frequently inaccurate since there’s no GPS. For runners in hot climates, treadmill runs aren’t occasional — they’re a regular part of training, especially in summer. Locking in wrong mileage with no way to correct it makes the training log unreliable.
