Does not work properly and is not even close to an estimate! Useless, better to make your own in Numbers or Excel.
Should be based on age, weight, HR, etc.

Seems to be the right idea, however I had issues with the screen not being formatted correctly (I use an iphone5), parts of the page disappearing etc.
