Don’t bother to buy! ### 1/5 — Translation ear buds *2025-07-08, version 1.3.0* Initial binding or pairing via the app was ok and translation was slow. Ever since the buds will only pair with iPhone as a normal set of ear buds for music etc. It’s as if the app has forgotten them but now cannot bind or pair. Useless as a translation tool and absolutely no support. Created an account for this app. Paired and activated device to this software. Made sure it worked. Yesterday, went to actually use the device and this app. Had to login but then, this app didn’t recognise my device even though it was connected to Bluetooth. It requested me to reactivate device by using QR Code, which is at home. Very embarrassing moment at work when I pulled out device and this app, to find it wasn’t working. After work, went home and re bind and activated device. Back to work next day and the exact same happened again. App logged me out and once logged in, didn’t recognise my device. Why do you need to constantly scan the QR Code to make it work? This app is useless and should not log you out, deactivate devices once paired and activated. Needs to be sorted out before another embarrassing moment. Also, needs an auto detect language option. ## Most praised reviews (9 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Excellent product once you learn to use it .. *2025-12-10, version 1.5.1* I was actually very surprised my this product, I was overall very impressed. Took me 10 mins to actually workout how it works , finding out it has number of listening modes is the key . Recommend that you actually practice with it before you take it out on the road etc . Its new tech so don’t expect it to understand everything at once , but worth the effort … And yes it works honestly, on my Apple app , it was understanding you have Press the blue button in the centre of the screen to change interactions was the key … I am 58 years of age and if I can work it out anyone can .. ### 5/5 — good *2025-11-11* nice ### 5/5 — Fabulou. *2025-08-08, version 1.4.4* So far I have used this just for English to transcribe text from an online recording. It is fabulous. Not 100% accurate but what would be. But brilliant enough to quickly do something that would take me ages. I look forward to holidays and foreign translations but also recommending it for a work use to colleagues. If I had a wish - I would like to be able to export the 10 minute of transcribed text. It has some interesting modes including one where one person wears the left earphone and you where the right earphone and it can translate the language they speak into a language you understand.
