## What is Voca?

Record a meeting or an interview, get a clean transcript with each speaker labelled, and a summary you can actually send to your team.

Everything happens on your iPhone. Your audio never leaves the device — there is no server, no account, and nothing to sign up for.

WHO IS SPEAKING
Voca separates voices automatically and marks every line with the person who said it. Tap a name to rename it, tap a line to jump straight to that moment in the audio. If the automatic labelling gets something wrong, you can move a line to another speaker in one gesture.

WATCH IT WRITE
The transcript appears while you are still talking. Minimise the app and the recording keeps going.

CHOOSE WHAT RECORDS
Pick the microphone before you start — the iPhone, your AirPods, or any mic you have connected. AirPods record in full quality, not phone-call quality.

ON A VIDEO CALL
If you are on a call with headphones in, Voca tells you before you hit record: sound playing in your headphones never reaches the microphone, so only your own voice would be captured. Put the call on speaker and everyone is recorded.

BUILT FOR TWO JOBS
Meetings — decisions and tasks, each task attributed to the person who committed to it.
Interviews — topics and the substance of what was said, with exact wording preserved for quoting.

NO LIMITS THAT MAKE NO SENSE
No cap on recording length. No monthly quota of transcripts. No minutes to buy. Because the work happens on your device, there is nothing for us to meter.

LANGUAGES
On-device transcription supports English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean and Chinese. Summaries are generated on device using Apple Intelligence.

VOCA PRO
Recording, transcripts and speaker labels are free and unlimited, always. Pro adds the summary, the tasks and the decisions on every recording — the first three are free — plus export to PDF and text.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings.
