## Most critical reviews (3 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2023-09-30*

Very poor quality renderings; not at all useable for anything. This is one of the worst apps in it’s class.

**Developer response:** Thank you, but it is just only your opinion

### 1/5 — Too strict

*2023-07-09*

Ok I might be picky but I think it should go up to like 6 minutes and up to like 400 MB’s

**Developer response:** We're sorry to hear that you gave us a low rating. We understand that you might have specific requirements, and we always strive to accommodate our users' preferences as much as possible. However, regarding the duration and file size limitations, we do have certain restrictions on our standard accounts.

If you wish to work with longer files and larger sizes, we recommend considering our premium account. With a premium account, you'll have access to extended features, including the ability to handle files with 6 minutes in duration.

We value your feedback and are continuously working to improve our services to meet the needs of all our users. If you have any further questions or suggestions, please feel free to reach out to us. Thank you for using our platform, and we hope to provide you with a better experience in the future!

### 1/5 — Inaccessible to People who are blind

*2023-05-05*

I thought that I would give this app a try after scouring the AppStore looking for vocal removers.I am blind, and I use a ScreenReader called VoiceOver, a piece of software built into iOS devices that allows users who can’t see the screen to read and interact with the things on the screen. Unfortunately, this app was not coded to be accessible with VoiceOver. I’m not a developer, so I don’t know what goes into that on a developer’s side, but I would appreciate if you looked into making your app more accessible so that everyone has the opportunity to use it.
