## What is VocalCast?

Stop guessing how today's weather affects your voice. VocalCast checks your local humidity and dew point and tells you how to prepare your voice — whether it's a dry winter day with indoor heating or a humid summer afternoon.

Every vocalist knows the frustration: your voice felt great yesterday, but today it's scratchy and tired. The reason? The humidity changed.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Set your voice type (soprano, alto, tenor, bass, or speaker) and allow location access.
2. VocalCast fetches your local humidity, dew point, and temperature.
3. You get a Vocal Readiness Score (0-100) with a color-coded zone, personalized care tips, and a suggested warmup duration.

It takes 15 seconds to set up. No account required.

DAILY VOCAL READINESS SCORE
Open the app each morning and see your score at a glance. Green means great conditions. Orange means take extra care. Red means protect your voice. The score updates automatically as weather changes throughout the day.

PERSONALIZED CARE TIPS
Based on your local conditions, VocalCast tells you whether to hydrate early, use a humidifier, extend your warmup, or focus on nose breathing. Each tip is specific to today's weather — not generic advice you already know.

WARMUP DURATION GUIDE
Cold, dry days need longer warmups. The app calculates your suggested warmup time based on the current vocal readiness score so you can prepare with the right amount of time.
