This app is creative and complete and gives you lots of options from warm-ups on the go to lengthier exercises to improve the strength and pitch of your voice overall. He's the best. It is, however, much more than that. VocalEase is a practical, creative, simple to use, and FUN way to learn the mechanics of vocalizing. After just a few trials, I have homogenized my vocal range and feel more comfortable in octaves I didn't even attempt to explore for fear of embarassment. Arnold keeps things easy to understand, light-hearted, and relaxed; concepts that don't normally apply to warm-up exercises. This app will appeal to both novice and expert alike. This has to be fixed asap! Sure it's just a set of vocal warm-ups but they do help. I've been a soprano(highest part) in chamber choirs since I was 6yrs old. So having some vocal training with some of the best instructors/vocal coaches for about 13yrs now, I can easily say that this app does exactly what it says and is worth the purchase BUT IT NEEDS TO BE FIXED SO IT'S FUNCTIONAL! ### 1/5 — Doesn't work *2010-07-02, version 0* Since my update the app won't even come on after even re downloading it. With a great mix of both warm-ups and vocal exercises, this is an essential tool for any serious vocalist. The virtual pitch pipe also comes in handy, and just adds to the apps' already great usefulness. Arnold is not just the consummate singer--his relaxed and warm explanations and personal touch as he guides you through his thoughtfully-chosen warm-ups and exercises makes this not only a great tool, but an always enjoyable singing experience. I do wish there were more skills to practice in the interval training. Also, I can't seem to use the slide bar to go back in an exercise and rehear a portion. Doesn't appear to work like that.
