Other people I know who are using this app are also reporting the same bug. Does not update in real time, need to manually refresh. The Notifications screen will push a notification to my phone, but is completely blank every time it’s opened. Never shows me any actual notifications, just a blank screen. Useless. ### 2/5 — Consistent sign in issues *2025-02-14, version 2.3* The app signs me out of my credentials multiple times within a session. I don’t even bother scrolling until it error codes and prompts me to edit my employer credentials, where it errors 2-3 times again while doing the steps. Half the time the app crashes to a full close. I do like the concept of this app and think it’s better than the alternative of no app, the website is good. The above issue is enough to lose 3 stars imo. If I need to edit my employers credentials every time I open the app and I check for new shifts several times a day, I’m looking at a range of 3 - 30 errors which is too frequent. Sometimes I don’t even bother putting a bid in on a shift as I switch between my Supershift calendar and this app to determine what shifts I can bid where I then get an error code after having just completed the steps to rectify the issue. ### 1/5 — Andrey *2025-01-25, version 2.3* App does not work! Please check your credentials and try again” one more bloody time I’m going to end up in a hypertensive crisis. What a non-functional piece of garbage. Going back to the archaic text messaging system. Don’t waste your time or endanger either your cardiac health or physical state of your phone, because around the 10th time you have to force close and open the app to view a shift posting, only having to do it again moments later to view the next, you’ll feel the urge to shot put your communication device into the nearest hard surface.
